Our teeth whitening gel contains no harsh chemicals or preservatives that will lead to sensitivity. Most of our clients will experience little-to-no sensitivity or pain. Sensitivity usually stems from dehydration, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your teeth whitening treatment.

Refrain from brushing or flossing your teeth 4 hours prior to your appointment. You can eat and drink before. Drink plenty of water as staying hydrated helps tremendously.

Do not eat, drink, or smoke for 2 hours after your treatment — you can drink water. Avoid dark-colored foods and drinks for at least 24 hours after treatment such as tomato sauce, cola, tea, and similar items.

Our gel can help remove surface stains and buildup from dental work, which often makes it appear closer to its original installed shade — especially for older restorations that have accumulated staining over time. However whitening gel chemically bleaches natural tooth enamel only, so results on crowns, veneers, and fillings depend on how much surface staining is present. A few white spots on your teeth may seem enhanced — these are calcium deposits — or gums may appear white, which is called blanching, but this will go away after a few hours.
